1. Information we collect

When you submit a website enquiry, we collect your name, phone/WhatsApp number, course interest and any optional email address or message. We record the submission and its follow-up status. The site also temporarily processes request information, including IP-derived values, for anti-spam and security rate limiting.

Smart Campus users may have additional account, enrollment, academic or institute records, depending on their role and services used. Sensitive student and financial workflows are still being completed and should not be treated as fully available.

2. How we use it

We use information to answer enquiries, explain program eligibility and availability, communicate with applicants, maintain authorized records, protect the website and support institute operations. Submitting a form does not confirm admission, course funding, enrollment or fees.

3. Where it is stored and who can access it

Admission enquiries are submitted to the EGI application and stored in its configured MySQL database hosted through its infrastructure provider. Access is limited by staff roles and server-side permissions, including reception and authorized administrators. We may use hosting and communications providers to operate these services. We do not publish applicant contact details on the public website.

4. Cookies and third-party services

Secure Smart Campus login uses a session cookie to maintain authentication. We may link to Google Maps, WhatsApp and the official websites of named organizations. Visiting those sites is governed by their own privacy notices. Google Fonts may also involve a request to Google when web fonts load.

5. Your choices and requests

You can contact info@ecomgrowthinstitute.com to request access, correction or deletion of personal information where appropriate, subject to lawful retention and institutional obligations. We have not published a fixed retention schedule; contact reception for the current retention policy.

6. Institutional disclosures

The institute profile reports NAVTTC and TTB registrations, with additional reported SDC recognition. FBR relates to tax compliance, not academic accreditation. AID, HOPE’87 and Netherlands marks are displayed as organizational/development context and do not independently prove EGI funding, endorsement or accreditation.

Course availability, fees, delivery methods, certification, assessment routes and eligibility must be confirmed separately. We do not guarantee employment, income, admission or funded seats.
